We had a perfect vacation, and John's Airbnb played a huge part in making it so special. It was the ideal place to stay with our baby—comfortable, convenient, and in the heart of Cabarete. You’re just a five-minute walk from the beach, and everything you could need is right nearby. John was an incredibly accommodating host. We ended up extending our stay by two extra days, and he made the process seamless. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. This is the perfect spot to come back to after a day of adventures in the area. Whether you're exploring or just relaxing, this Airbnb has everything. Highly recommend! Thank you so much, John!

John was amazing from the beginning, someone else canceled my stay last minute and john responded to me immediately after i let him know my situation. he was able to get me booked same day and within minutes. he also accommodated to my early check in. perfect place to stay if you have to work. its quiet, very spacious. water pressure in the showers was amazing. hot water, ac in both rooms. wifi was amazing, had no issued while i was working. if youve been to DR you know the power goes out often and randomly, john had that covered ! wifi never went down and there was power backup. he was great at responding within minutes if i needed anything and amazing communication. i would love to stay here every single time. its in a perfect place, next to places to eat, walking distance to pretty much everything, grocery stores, restaurants, the beach. i highly recommend and the price is very affordable for a beautiful stay. thank you soo much again, hope to see you soon !

Had a lovely stay in Cabarete in condo managed by John. Location was perfect for access to town, beach, restaurants and groceries. John was extremely helpful not only with our place but with connection to the area. Great suggestions for things to do, places to eat and how to get around. Cabarete has a long beautiful beach - great for walks, watching kite surfers and swimming. Always felt safe. (google review)

We stayed 14 days! When we arrived, the security guard gave us the key and accompanied us. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos and video. Our host offered us a few thoughtful touches, which were much appreciated. The kitchen is complete with all accessories. A large bed with a comfortable mattress. A large bathroom with towels, hair dryer and walk-in closet. By the beach, the condo is 25 minutes from downtown Cabarete. On-site staff are dedicated and friendly. It's nice to have a restaurant/bar directly on site. We recommend it! (google review)

I had an amazing time shooting at Cabarete Kitebeach! John was super friendly and got some great aerial shots of me kitesurfing. The footage was incredible, perfectly capturing the excitement of the sport against the stunning backdrop. If you're looking to immortalise your kitesurfing adventures, this is the place to go. Well... What does one say when a vendor not only meets your expectations but surpasses it by way more than you can even imagine? I charter a 70' yacht in Sosua, Cabarete, and the Puerto Plata region and used David Johns as a still shot and drone photographer for one of our clients who had a birthday party on Summer Wind. He worked more hours than he expected, flew the drone like a Navy pilot, and took many beautiful photos. But that's not the SUPER part. He made a video for the client THE NEXT DAY!! The video was incredible and the client was able to select two songs after watching the silent version . He then perfectly choreographed the music to the video slides/footage and had it back the client the same day! Made me look like a star to the client! I recommend him without any reservation. I stayed 3 weeks at agualina 33 in January and I’m very happy with my experience, definitely recommend it! Was very easy to book with David, the studio is perfect, right on the kite spot, great wifi connection for remote work, well decorated and great use of space, a very well equipped kitchen and on top a balcony overlooking the beautiful Kitebeach. If I’ll go back I’ll definitely would choose this place again! (google review)

Dear John, Short feedback on my stay in Cabarete: + Booking the Agualina flat no. 33 through you was easy and problem-free.+ Perfect location directly at the kitebeach - from bed to board 🏄🏻♀️+ Equipment of the flat incl. small kitchen area very good + Organisation of airport transfer from Puerto Plata + Arrangement of an excellent kite instructor + helpful tips on Motoconchos, Gwagwas and where to go in Cabarete.
